The double diaphragm organic clutch should only be considered if our single diaphragm organic clutch will not hold the torque and abuse that it will be subject to. Although the double diaphragm clutch will hold more power than the single diaphragm it will significantly increase the pedal effort and as a result will put a lot more load on the clutch release system.

The foundation of the Double Diaphragm Organic kits lie in a premium-quality O.E (original equipment) clutch and pressure plate, which undergo meticulous modifications to elevate the clamp force. This enhancement is achieved without compromising on smooth engagement, however with the addition of a dual diaphragm spring pedal effort will be significantly increased. By complementing the increased clamp pressure with a full-faced premium organic clutch plate, the result is an optimal balance that offers drivers a combination of smooth engagement, excellent drivability, and enhanced performance.

Optional Extra – Braided Line:  Bypassing the accumulator with a braided line in a clutch hydraulic system provides a more direct and responsive driving experience. It eliminates the delay caused by fluid dampening, allowing for sharper clutch engagement and improved shift precision—ideal for performance driving.  For enthusiasts seeking a more engaging and immediate connection with their vehicle, replacing the accumulator with a braided line offers a noticeable improvement in responsiveness.   Please note that removing the accumulator may introduce a slight pulsation in the clutch pedal, which is normally dampened by the factory component. Braided lines are not covered under warranty in the event that this occurs.
