Our all Aluminium Hotside pipe with factory mounting brackets, Male and female Billet CNC ends, the female having double O ring seals that are fully replaceable
The Throttle body connection hard pipe that utilises the factory Pressure sensor also with replaceable Double O ring seals onto the throttle body
This kit leaves nothing left to fix between the turbo and throttle body with all known to be a problem parts replaced with quality Australian parts
Installation Note – Heavy-Duty O-Ring Fitment
This kit is supplied with thicker heavy-duty O-rings on both the hot pipe and throttle body connections to maximise sealing performance and significantly increase seal life expectancy.
Due to the tighter fitment, it is normal that installation may require the fitting to be carefully tapped into place.

Hot Pipe Connection:
Some vehicles may require the use of a small drift and light hammer to tap evenly around the fitting as it seats onto the turbocharger.
To support this, the CNC-machined aluminium fitting includes a reinforced outer section specifically designed for controlled tapping. -
Throttle Body Connection:
The throttle body end also uses thick O-rings and may require a longer drift (approximately 600mm) to assist seating.
This is typically done through the wheel arch by tapping carefully at the 10 o’clock and 4 o’clock positions on the CNC fitting.
Optional Thinner O-Rings
We can supply thinner O-rings if requested, however these are more likely to begin leaking after approximately 30,000–45,000 km.
Our preference is a fit-once, long-term sealing solution, rather than a design that requires ongoing servicing or repeated seal replacement.
