Installation Note – Hot Pipe O-Ring Fitment

Please note: This kit uses thicker high-quality O-rings on the hot pipe connection to significantly improve sealing performance and extend the life expectancy of the seal.

Because of the tighter fit, it is normal that some installations may require the fitting to be gently tapped into place on the turbocharger using a small drift and light hammer.

To accommodate this, the CNC-machined aluminium fitting has been designed with a reinforced outer section, allowing safe and controlled tapping during installation.

This is expected and part of the intended fitment design.
