PSR’s Nissan Patrol GQ-GU Chassis Bracing Wagon-Ute Internal only is designed to allow full bracing of the internal chassis forward of the rear upper arm mount. It braces the most common fatigue point in the Patrol chassis, at the joint on the inside of the chassis just in front of the rear upper control arm mount. This is not only a weak area but a common collection point for contaminants which accelerates corrosion of the chassis from the inside out, another need to strengthen the area. Forward of this critical area it braces internally up to PSRPAT-086, a super heavy duty chassis side weld on engine mount system. Removal of sub tank is required for installation. The kit consists of 6 plates precision cut from 4mm 350MPA plate. Suits both Ute and Wagon Coil chassis. Do not purchase if PSRPAT-094 is already installed.
