PWR pipe kits are mandrel-bent, hard aluminium piping with high-quality 5 ply silicone hoses. PWR’s signature CNC-machined ribbed outlets and the use of premium stainless steel constant tension Murray clamps prevent the hose from blowing off under boost conditions.
The PWR intercooler design uses a unique stepped core which is manufactured using a combination of our 55mm tube width and the 42mm tube width. This increases the core face area by 26% along with increased airflow through the cooler with PWR’s high flow extruded tube.
Every kit includes PWR’s step-by-step installation guide for D.I.Y Hilux owners or have it fitted by a preferred PWR fitter along with a tune at the same time.
