Introducing the GTurbo TD-G380 Titan, the latest evolution in turbocharger technology for the TD42 engine. Designed to replace the renowned TD-G350 Red, the TD-G380 Titan takes performance and efficiency to new heights.

TITAN Coating: The compressor wheel features an aerospace-grade ultra-hard, non-stick coating, reducing friction, improving high-temperature resistance, and ensuring long-lasting performance.

TD-G380 Titan Summary

The TD-G380 Titan delivers exceptional towing power, improved response, and outstanding top-end performance in one robust turbocharger. Its design boost is 28psi, preset to 22psi, and it can operate efficiently between 14 to 36psi. Fitting a boost controller and boost gauge allows for boost adjustments over the preset level.

Features a round mouth 3.5” entry and a 2” outlet. Supplied with the turbo is an oil line fitting that includes a JIC 4mm connector for the pressure feed and a ¾” hose tail for the outlet drain.

Performance Expectations:
The factory TD42 engine produces ~380Nm of torque and ~89rwkW. With the TD-G380 Titan combined with a customised in-car tune of the factory injection pump, you can achieve 500-550Nm of torque and 115-150rwkW. With additional supporting modifications, such as a large intercooler, 3” exhaust, upgraded injection pump, and high-flow airbox, power outputs as high as 220rwkW and torque exceeding 850Nm at the crankshaft have been achieved.
