PSR’s Toyota Landcruiser 80/105 Steering Box Mount Repair Kit is a weld on repair and bracing solution for the common fault of the 80/105 series chassis of cracking due to fatigue around the steering box and below the radius of the chassis rail above the panhard mount.

This kit has been designed both as a repair solution and a preventative bracing solution and fine-tuned over many in house repairs. It is precision cut from 4mm 350mpa sheet and allows you to either repair or strengthen your chassis in a high load area common for fatigue with bracing plates welded on both inside and outside of the chassis.

The Kit comes with a full installation guide. It is recommended to consult with a local engineer before commencing any modifications to your vehicle’s chassis.
